What payment options do you offer?

We offer direct Bank Transfers, PayPal, Credit Card

How fast will you dispatch?

We dispatch within three business-days, from the moment that we confirmed the payment. As soon as we are ready to dispatch, we will send you an email with shipping details. Prints and paintings are delivered at home in consultation with the recipient (delivery time varies per artwork).

What is the estimated delivery time?

For purchases in the Netherlands, PostNL will deliver the parcel within 24 hours of dispatch, weekends and holidays not included. The estimated delivery within Europe, varies between 2 – 5 business days. For destinations outside the EU, the delivery time estimates from 5 – 15 business days, this does not include the time needed for the customs department of your country. Customs control may delay your delivery time. We are not liable for any customs or duty taxes applicable for the country of receipt. A signature by the recipient is required upon delivery.

Who is your carrier?

We use our regular Dutch Mail Service ‘PostNL’ for all destinations. In case PostNL is not sufficiently enough we have FedEx at our disposal. You will receive a tracking number with each purchase. Please note when ordering a signature by the recipient is required upon delivery. On client’s demand different carrier may be chosen.

I never received my product, now what?

You will receive a new one (when available) if the tracking number does not indicate that the package has been delivered to you. If a package is returned because the buyer did not claim the package, a replacement will not be send.

How do you handle the packing?

Prints will be shipped in a firm cardboard tube and all other items will be shipped carefully in a box or envelope. If you would like to buy a framed print or a painting, please contact us.

Can I return something I ordered?

When not satisfied, the item must be returned undamaged in the same packaging within 14 days after receiving the item. It’s important that you inform us about the intent of doing so. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint. If applicable, a refund to your account will be issued within 30 days after the returned item has been received by us. If you choose to use an untraceable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transport. Use the withdrawal form, if you would like to cancel the purchase and send the item back.

When a product shows any damage?

When the damage is on our part we will issue a refund for the item.
I live in The Netherlands, can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can pick-up your purchase in person:) Please contact us once you placed the order and we will get back to you for an appointment.

How should I frame a print?

The best and safest way to enjoy a print for a long time, is to preserve it framed behind glass. You can either do this professionally at a frame-maker or when you buy a standard frame you should place an acid free cardboard behind the print to preserve it from acidification. Please note that you should never place the frame/print in direct sunlight, even though the quality of the paper and ink is superb, there is always a risk.
